David Shelby is the founding partner of the firm. Mr. Shelby has won 18 asbestos jury verdicts in Alabama, more than all other state asbestos verdicts combined. Mr. Shelby had the first asbestos jury verdict, as well as the first mesothelioma jury verdict, in the state of Alabama. He has screened, filed, and settled 10,000’s of asbestos cases.

Robert Roden has over 40 years of experience handling injury cases, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents and defects, dangerous dietary supplements, and chemical exposures. Over the course of his career, he has taken over 100 cases to trial, and settled countless others, including a $700 million settlement over PCB contamination in Anniston, AL.

Don Freeman attended law school at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He received his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College.
