Our client was involved in a motorcycle crash with a large pickup truck. The crash report produced by the local police had the rider speeding through a stop sign and striking the pickup truck on its driver side door. We disagreed! Not always are the police reports correct. We were able to hire the necessary experts to reconstruct the crash to show that the rider was in fact traveling on the same road and opposite direction of the truck when the truck took a sudden left turn in front of the rider. The insurance company for the truck driver wrongfully denied the claim based on the crash report for over 3 years! We filed a lawsuit and litigated the case. Our firm was ultimately able to secure a settlement of $575,000 for the rider.
